We provide after sale service on all our work.

• Our installation comes with 5 year warranty.
• Units are under manufactures warranty but we will assist in these matters.
• Ducting has a 20 year warranty.
• Zone motors 15 year parts only warranty.

We also offer service on systems not installed by us, but in peak periods we will only service systems installed by AirDirect as we like to look after our customers first.
